    Iraqi nuclear reactor bombing claims need to be proven – official

    Qasim Al-Araji, the National Security Adviser (NSA) of Iraq, emphasized the importance of proving the claim for compensation for the bombing of the nuclear reactor in Iraq, which was bombed in 1981 by the hostile entity. In a statement, the media office of the National Security Adviser announced the news.

It was discussed in the meeting that Iraq is entitled to compensation for the damage caused by the bombing of its nuclear reactor.

    How to claim compensation for Iraq on the basis of UN Security Council Resolution No. 487 of 1981 and ensure Iraq obtains its rights according to international laws was discussed. The meeting emphasized Iraq’s rights are in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions and International Atomic Energy Agency obligations.
